Shipping Policies
Your precious metal rings are shipped via USPS or Fedex depending on the service you choose when checking out. When returning your ring shipping will not be credited back to you. We cannot offer free shipping for precious metal rings returned for sizing or other reasons. We suggest that you ship them via a method that requires a signature to prove receipt. All such returns require prior authorization so that we can expedite processing the return once received.

When will I receive my order?
It will take about four business days to produce your precious metal ring. Shipping via USPS averages 3 to 5 business days in addition to manufacturing time. We can ship via an expedited service for an additional charge. You will be able to make your selection upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to a wide range of countries around the world. Please email customer service at service@weddens.com.in order to inquire about a specific country. Please be aware that we must charge shipping and that you are responsible for any duties and taxes applied by your country. Since this varies between countries and changes frequently, we can only provide estimates of the duties and taxes.

What is the status of my order? How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account from our website. You will need to enter your email address and password to log in. From there you can see your order history and the status of your order. If you do not know your log in information, please email us at service@weddens.com or and a customer service representative will provide you with the status for your order.
All information is updated daily. Once the order is shipped, the status will be updated accordingly and you will receive the tracking information for your order by email.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for processing before shipping.

What happens if my package is lost?
All of our orders are insured when shipped. Once a package has been shipped you will be contacted with a tracking number. Please contact us at service@weddens.com if you have not received your package by the scheduled delivery date. A customer service representative will help you to initiate an investigation and work with you to get you the ring you ordered as soon as possible.
